Learning skills can be enjoyable experience that will make a big difference in how you behave, handle emotions, and connect with others in everyday life.

The DBT Goes to the Movies program lets you join a virtual community and get resources to help you learn skills for a "Life Worth Living." To be part of a weekly group and access all the skill sessions become a member. Membership benefits include:
